Konoha HighI won't start working on it till I get into the groove with Konoha's Legacy, so don't worry -- I'm not overloading myself. And it won't be nearly as long as KL either.
I just wanted to submit this because I know some people are really looking forward to this doujin.
Story Synopsis:This story will follow Maito Gai who teaches biology, boy's gym and coaches the school's baseball team at Konoha High, which is located in a small district of Tokyo, Japan.
Across from his biology classroom is the music room where
Hani Hachi (My OC), the new sensei at Konoha High, teaches.
The story will essentially be a romantic comedy (I couldn't make it serious even if I tried). There will be cameos of all the Konoha Kids and also the original jounin who teach/in-charge of as follows:
Kakashi Hatake - Teaches class for gifted students
Asuma Sarutobi - Teaches Math
Kurenai Yuuhi - Teaches Literature
Anko Mitarashi - Teaches Girl's Gym and Coaches Girl's Volleyball
Ebisu - Teaches Middle School Students
Shizune - School Nurse
Tsunade - Principle
And other characters who probably won't have any named/mentioned duty.
NOTE: Unlike in B&B,
Hani Hachi's only relation will be to her Grandmother, Doctor Tenmei Hachi, who has become very wealthy after developing a miraculous anti-aging cream called "Fount" (a.k.a. "The Fountain of Youth"). Obviously, Tsunade is a client.
Essentially, the other Sensei (the jounin) will see that Gai shows an interest in Hani and so they make it their pet project to set these two up -- especially Kakashi who is tired of all the c**k-blocking Gai has committed over the years.
This doujin will not be fantastic, meaning no one will have any special abilities. In fact, Kakashi won't even have the sharingan and people like Kiba and Chouji will only have facial tattoos so people will recognize them.
I will probably start submitting some concept sketches for this in the next few days; drawings of outfit ideas for all the various characters.
