Waldo and Carmen, Redux

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR!  

I've been working on a project in my (very little) free time involving these two characters.  These are the reference sketches for their look.  I've had this idea for a while and it's turned out to be pretty fun project to work on.  And a learning experience to boot.    When it's done, I'll post it here and on my Tumblr (probably Tumblr first).

I hope you enjoy this revamp of Waldo (Wally) and Carmen Sandiego.  I made Waldo into a semi-hipster and ditched Carmen's drench coat and put her into a business power suit.
